Terms of Use / 使用条款

1. Acceptance / 接受条款

By downloading, accessing, or using an app covered by these Terms, you agree to these Terms and to any applicable App Store rules. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

下载、访问或使用本条款所涵盖的任何 App，即表示您同意本条款以及适用的 App Store 规则。如您不同意，请不要使用相关 App。

2. App Purposes / App 用途

• Note Fencing: a lightweight, single-device competition management tool for small fencing events, with bout records and data analysis. / 面向小型击剑比赛的轻量级单机赛事管理工具，包含比赛记录与数据分析。
• DT Fence: a fencing competition management platform for tournament setup, bout operations, results, rankings, QR-linked publishing, and related workflows. / 用于赛事建立、比赛运行、成绩、排名、二维码发布及相关工作流程的击剑比赛管理平台。
• Fencing X: an intelligent training and performance app that may provide training analysis and Apple Intelligence-supported assistance where available. / 智能训练与运动表现应用，在支持的设备与系统上可提供训练分析及 Apple Intelligence 相关辅助功能。

3. No Guarantee of Sporting Outcome / 不保证竞技结果

The apps are tools for organization, recording, training support, and information. They do not guarantee competition results, rankings, athletic improvement, selection outcomes, or injury prevention. Training suggestions and automated analysis should be treated as supporting information rather than a substitute for qualified coaching, medical, or professional advice.

相关 App 用于赛事组织、记录、训练辅助与信息展示，不保证比赛结果、排名、运动表现提升、选拔结果或避免受伤。训练建议与自动分析应视为辅助信息，不能替代专业教练、医疗或其他专业意见。

4. Organizer and User Responsibilities / 组织者与用户责任

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authorization of information you enter, import, publish, or share. Tournament organizers are responsible for confirming bout data, athlete details, rankings, referee assignments, schedules, published results, and any permissions required for youth or other participants.

您应对自己录入、导入、发布或共享的信息的准确性、合法性及授权情况负责。赛事组织者应负责确认比赛数据、运动员信息、排名、裁判安排、赛程、公开成绩，以及涉及青少年或其他参赛者时所需的相关授权。

5. Published Results and QR Sharing / 成绩发布与二维码共享

Where an app provides QR codes, public result pages, exports, or sharing tools, you are responsible for deciding what should be made public and for ensuring that publication complies with event rules, federation requirements, consent obligations, and applicable law.

当 App 提供二维码、公开成绩页面、导出或共享工具时，您有责任决定哪些信息可以公开，并确保相关发布符合赛事规则、协会要求、同意要求及适用法律。

6. Accounts, Devices, and Data / 账户、设备与数据

Where an account, cloud synchronization, backup, or cross-device feature is offered, you are responsible for maintaining access to your account and devices. You should keep appropriate backups of important tournament or training information where the app provides export or backup functionality.

如果 App 提供账户、云同步、备份或跨设备功能，您有责任维护自己的账户及设备访问权限。在 App 提供导出或备份功能时，建议对重要赛事或训练数据保留适当备份。

7. Advertising and PRO Features / 广告与 PRO 功能

Some free versions may display advertising, including banner, interstitial, or rewarded advertisements. Where rewarded advertising is offered, completing an eligible rewarded advertisement may unlock only the stated action or feature for that instance unless the app clearly states otherwise. PRO or paid versions may remove advertising or unlock additional functionality as described inside the relevant app.

部分免费版本可能展示横幅、插页或激励广告。若提供激励广告，完成符合条件的激励广告通常仅解锁当次明确标示的操作或功能，除非 App 另有清晰说明。PRO 或付费版本可能按照相关 App 内的说明移除广告或解锁额外功能。

8. Purchases / 购买与付款

Where in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid upgrades are offered through Apple, billing, payment processing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled according to the Apple App Store terms and the user’s Apple account settings. The exact price and purchase period shown in the App Store or purchase screen at the time of purchase controls.

如果通过 Apple 提供 App 内购买、订阅或付费升级，账单、付款处理、续订、取消及退款均按照 Apple App Store 条款及用户 Apple 账户设置处理。购买时 App Store 或购买界面所显示的实际价格与购买周期为准。

9. Acceptable Use / 合理使用

You may not misuse the apps, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the apps except where applicable law expressly permits it, distribute modified copies, or use the apps to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.

您不得滥用 App、干扰其正常运行、尝试未经授权的访问、在法律未明确允许的情况下进行逆向工程、分发修改版本，或利用 App 发布违法、侵权、欺骗性或有害内容。

10. Intellectual Property / 知识产权

The apps, branding, original interface designs, software, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited right to use the apps for their intended purpose and do not transfer ownership of the apps or related intellectual property.

App、品牌、原创界面设计、软件及相关材料受适用知识产权法律保护。本条款仅授予您为预期用途使用 App 的有限权利，并不转让 App 或相关知识产权的所有权。

11. Availability and Changes / 可用性与变更

Features may change, be added, removed, suspended, or replaced as the apps develop, operating systems change, third-party services change, or legal and technical requirements evolve. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

随着 App 开发、操作系统变化、第三方服务变化，以及法律或技术要求更新，功能可能被新增、移除、暂停、替换或调整。我们不保证服务始终不中断或完全无错误。

12. Third-Party Services / 第三方服务

Some functions may depend on Apple services, Google advertising services, cloud infrastructure, or other third-party services. Their availability and data practices are governed by their own terms and policies in addition to these Terms.

部分功能可能依赖 Apple 服务、Google 广告服务、云基础设施或其他第三方服务。除本条款外，这些服务的可用性及数据处理方式还受其各自条款和政策约束。

13. Limitation of Liability / 责任限制

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the apps are provided on an “as available” basis. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from tournament scheduling decisions, incorrect data entered by users, device failure, connectivity issues, third-party service interruptions, or reliance on automated training analysis. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，App 按“现有可用”状态提供。对于因赛事安排决定、用户输入错误、设备故障、网络问题、第三方服务中断或对自动训练分析的依赖而产生的间接或后果性损失，我们不承担责任。本条款不排除依法不得排除的消费者或其他法定权利。

14. Privacy / 隐私

Use of the apps is also subject to the applicable Privacy Policy. The Privacy page on this website can be updated as app functions, permissions, advertising practices, or service providers change.

使用相关 App 同时受适用隐私政策约束。本网站 Privacy 页面可根据 App 功能、权限、广告实践或服务提供商的变化进行更新。

15. Changes to These Terms / 条款变更

We may update these Terms when app functionality, commercial models, service providers, or legal requirements change. The updated version and effective date will be published on this page.

当 App 功能、商业模式、服务提供商或法律要求发生变化时，我们可能更新本条款。更新后的版本及生效日期将发布在本页面。
