1. Acceptance / 接受条款

By downloading or using Note Fencing, you agree to these Terms and applicable App Store rules. / 下载或使用 Note Fencing 即表示您同意本条款及适用的 App Store 规则。

2. Purpose / 产品用途

Note Fencing is a lightweight, single-device fencing competition management application for small events, including bout records and data analysis. Users are responsible for checking the accuracy of competition data they enter or publish. / Note Fencing 是面向小型赛事的轻量级单机击剑比赛管理应用，包含对局记录与数据分析。用户应自行确认录入或发布的赛事数据准确性。

3. Eligibility / 使用资格

The source Terms state that users must be over 18. Where mandatory local law or App Store rules provide additional rights or different requirements, those mandatory provisions apply. / 原始使用条款规定用户须年满 18 岁。若当地强制性法律或 App Store 规则另有规定，则以相关强制性规定为准。

4. Advertising and Free Access / 广告与免费使用

The free version may display banner, interstitial, or rewarded advertisements where advertising is enabled. Advertising must be placed so that it does not intentionally obscure essential controls or interrupt active score entry. Rewarded advertisements are optional and must clearly state the eligible action or feature before playback. / 在启用广告的免费版本中，可能展示横幅、插页或激励广告。广告不应故意遮挡核心控制，也不应在正在录入比分时中断操作。激励广告为自愿观看，并应在播放前明确说明可解锁的操作或功能。

• Banner: supported non-critical screens. / 支持的非关键页面。
• Interstitial: natural transitions only. / 仅自然流程切换节点。
• Rewarded: one eligible use or action unless expressly stated otherwise. / 除非明确说明，否则仅解锁一次符合条件的使用或操作。

5. In-App Purchases and PRO / App 内购买与 PRO

Where in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid upgrades are offered, purchase processing is handled through the applicable store. Features, price, term, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules are those displayed at purchase time and required by the store. / 如提供 App 内购买、订阅或付费升级，付款由适用商店处理。功能、价格、周期、续订、取消及退款规则以购买时显示内容及商店规则为准。

6. Third-Party Services / 第三方服务

The app may use third-party services, including advertising or platform services. Those services are also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. / App 可能使用广告或平台等第三方服务，相关服务同时受其各自条款与隐私政策约束。

7. Acceptable Use / 合理使用

You may not interfere with the app, attempt unauthorized access, distribute unlawful content, or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it. / 除适用法律明确允许外，不得干扰 App、尝试未经授权访问、传播违法内容或进行逆向工程。

8. Availability, Termination, and Disclaimer / 可用性、终止与免责声明

The service may change, be suspended, or become unavailable. It is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Access may be suspended where necessary for security, misuse, legal, or operational reasons. / 在法律允许的最大范围内，服务按“现状”和“可用状态”提供，功能可能调整、暂停或不可用。因安全、滥用、法律或运营原因，访问权限可能被暂停。

9. Limitation of Liability / 责任限制

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the app, incorrect user-entered competition data, device failure, or third-party service interruption. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded. / 在适用法律允许的最大范围内，对于因使用 App、用户录入错误赛事数据、设备故障或第三方服务中断产生的间接、附带、特殊或后果性损失，我们不承担责任；依法不得排除的消费者权利不受影响。

10. Governing Law and Disputes / 适用法律与争议

The source Terms identify Victoria, Australia as the governing jurisdiction and ask users to first attempt informal resolution by contacting us. EU users retain mandatory protections available in their country of residence. / 原始条款指定澳大利亚维多利亚州为适用司法管辖区，并要求争议优先通过联系进行非正式解决。欧盟用户仍享有其居住国强制性法律保护。
