This Privacy Policy describes how DT Fence collects, uses, stores, and shares information when tournament organizers, referees, athletes, or spectators use the app and related competition and result-sharing services.

Scope / 适用范围

DT Fence is a fencing competition management application used to organize events, manage bout information, update results, publish standings, maintain athlete and ranking information, and provide QR-code access to event data.

Data We Process / 我们处理的数据

How We Use Data / 我们如何使用数据

We use information to operate fencing competitions, update and display results, maintain athlete and points databases, generate exports, provide QR-linked competition information, synchronize supported data, maintain app functionality, and provide and measure advertising where applicable.

Advertising / 广告

The free version of DT Fence may use Google AdMob to provide third-party advertising. Banner advertisements may appear on supported screens, interstitial advertisements may be presented at selected natural transition points, and rewarded advertisements may be voluntarily watched by free users to access selected PRO features on a one-time basis.

DT Fence 免费版本可能使用 Google AdMob 提供第三方广告服务。横幅广告可能显示在应用支持的页面；插页广告可能在部分自然流程或页面转换节点展示；免费用户可自愿观看激励广告，以单次使用部分 PRO 功能。

Completing a rewarded advertisement provides access only to the applicable action or feature for that instance and does not permanently unlock DT Fence PRO. DT Fence PRO users receive an ad-free experience and are not required to watch rewarded advertisements to access PRO features.

完成一次符合条件的激励广告仅解锁当前对应操作一次，并不会永久解锁 DT Fence PRO。DT Fence PRO 用户享受无广告体验，无需观看激励广告即可直接使用 PRO 功能。

Advertising Data and Google AdMob / 广告数据与 Google AdMob

To provide, measure, protect, and improve advertising services, Google Mobile Ads SDK and its advertising partners may process certain device and usage information. Depending on the user’s device, region, privacy choices, and advertising configuration, this may include device identifiers, advertising information, interactions with advertisements, product interactions, diagnostic and performance information, and approximate location information that may be inferred from information such as an IP address. The information processed by Google and its advertising partners is subject to their respective privacy policies and applicable advertising and data protection requirements.

Advertising Privacy Choices / 广告隐私选择

DT Fence uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage applicable advertising privacy and consent requirements. Where required, users may be presented with options relating to advertising data processing and may review or modify applicable privacy choices within DT Fence. DT Fence does not intentionally request Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT) authorization or intentionally use IDFA for cross-app or cross-website tracking unless this practice is explicitly introduced and disclosed in a future version.

QR Code Distribution / 二维码分发

DT Fence may generate QR codes that provide access to published competition information. Organizers are responsible for ensuring that public publication of athlete names, rankings, results, or standings complies with applicable event policies, federation requirements, and local laws.

Cloud Storage and Synchronization / 云端存储与同步

Where cloud synchronization or remote sharing is enabled, tournament and related information may be transmitted to third-party infrastructure used to provide synchronization, restoration, hosting, or cross-device access.

Data Sharing and Service Providers / 数据共享与服务提供商

We may share or make information available to service providers where necessary to operate DT Fence, including services used for hosting, synchronization, advertising, and technical support. Google AdMob and its advertising partners may process advertising-related information as described above. We may also disclose information when required by law, when necessary to protect legal rights, or when required to protect the security and integrity of DT Fence and its users. We do not sell organizer or athlete competition records as a commercial database.

Data Retention / 数据保留

Tournament records and athlete database entries may be retained for historical standings, points tracking, competition administration, and organizer reporting until deleted by the organizer or removed in accordance with operational or legal requirements. Advertising-related information processed by Google or other service providers may be retained according to those providers’ applicable retention policies.

DT Fence may contain athlete information relating to youth competitions when that information is entered by an authorized organizer, club, school, or guardian-approved representative. DT Fence does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through self-service account creation. Organizers are responsible for ensuring that information relating to youth athletes is entered, processed, and published in accordance with applicable laws, federation requirements, event policies, and consent requirements.

Security / 安全

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect competition and user information. However, no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your Choices / 您的选择

Organizers may edit or remove athlete and event records under their control and may request correction or deletion of applicable organizer account information, subject to legal, operational, and competition record-keeping requirements. Where advertising privacy controls are required or available, users may manage applicable advertising privacy choices through DT Fence. Users may also choose DT Fence PRO for an ad-free experience.

We may update this Privacy Policy when DT Fence’s features, service providers, advertising practices, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected in the updated version of this policy.

Note Fencing and Fencing X / Note Fencing 与 Fencing X

Note Fencing and Fencing X have different product functions from DT Fence. Their app-specific privacy disclosures should be kept consistent with the data and permissions actually used by each app. This website keeps the legal page editable so those sections can be expanded or replaced as the apps evolve.
