DT Fence uses dedicated privacy and terms pages covering event data, QR sharing, result updates, and event-based pricing.
This DT Fence Privacy Policy describes how DT Fence collects, uses, stores, and shares data when tournament organizers, referees, athletes, or spectators use the app and related result-sharing services.
DT Fence is a fencing competition management application used to organize events, update bout results, publish standings, and provide QR-code access to event data.
We use data to operate tournaments, update results in real time, maintain athlete and points databases, generate exports, and publish competition information through QR-linked views.
DT Fence may generate QR codes that point users to published competition data. Organizers are responsible for ensuring that any public publication of athlete names or standings complies with their local event policies and federation rules.
Where cloud sync or remote sharing is enabled, tournament data may be transmitted to secure third-party infrastructure to support synchronization, restoration, and cross-device access.
Tournament records and athlete database entries may be retained for historical standings, points tracking, and organizer reporting until deleted by the organizer or removed in accordance with operational or legal requirements.
DT Fence may include athlete information for youth competitions when entered by an authorized organizer, club, school, or guardian-approved representative. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through self-service account creation.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights, or to provide core services such as hosting, synchronization, analytics, or support, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect competition and user data, but no transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Organizers may request deletion or correction of organizer account information and may edit or remove athlete and event records under their control, subject to legal and competition record-keeping obligations.

These DT Fence Terms and Conditions govern access to the DT Fence application and any related services used to organize fencing competitions, manage results, and distribute event data by QR code.
DT Fence is provided as a tournament operations tool for fencing events. Features may include competition setup, pools, direct elimination brackets, live result updates, QR result sharing, points retention, exports, and athlete database management.
The organizer is responsible for the accuracy of athlete data, event formats, referee assignments, bout results, and any public publication of standings or QR-linked competition views.
DT Fence may be offered on a per-event basis, including single-event, 5-event, and 10-event purchase options. Any purchased usage credits apply only to the product and package described at checkout unless otherwise stated.
When QR distribution or public result sharing is enabled, competition information may become visible to athletes, coaches, spectators, and event staff. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions required to publish participant information.
We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of synchronization, hosting, or QR-linked public result views.
DT Fence, including its software, interface, and branding, remains the property of the Company except for tournament and participant data supplied by organizers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from event delays, scoring mistakes entered by organizers, publication choices, network outages, or third-party platform failures.
We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where fraudulent or abusive use is detected, or where continued service would create legal or operational risk.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Victoria, Australia, unless mandatory local consumer protections require otherwise.
